Stay Lucky (1991) SE3 EP1 - Poetic Justice

When Londoner Thomas Gynn escapes from his dodgy associations in the capital for a new life up north, he needs to 'stay lucky'. He literally runs in to feisty Yorkshire lass (and damsel-in-distress) Sally Hardcastle on the A1 - getting her broken down car back on the road. Sally runs a narrowboat business in Leeds, and it soon seems that this unlikely couple will be exploring new and uncharted waters together. A year on from the events in Portugal, Thomas suddenly reappears back in Sally's life - albeit in a rather unexpected way. It seems he has set up his own rather quirky business, with new friend Vi - but could use a little help from Sally, and soon they are back on good terms. But, when Vi and Lively get into a bit of trouble out working for Thomas, it looks like they might also need some help - but definitely not of the medical variety...
